Permutations builds personal tools operated by their owner for their own use. This policy covers those tools, including attend, a personal assistant that helps its owner keep track of projects, tasks and appointments.
Who uses these apps
These apps are not offered to the public. They are used only by their owner, with the owner's own Google account.
Google data we access
- Google Calendar events: reading upcoming events and creating or updating events and reminders the owner asks for.
- Older Permutations tools may access Google Sheets the owner connects, only to perform actions the owner starts.
How the data is used
- Calendar events are used only to produce the owner's reminders, daily briefs and scheduling.
- Event details may be processed by an AI model service (such as Anthropic's Claude) to write those briefs. They are not used to train models.
- Google user data is never sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for any purpose unrelated to the features above.
Storage and security
- An OAuth access token is stored on the owner's private server, readable only by the owner's account, so the assistant can work unattended.
- Calendar events stay in Google Calendar. The assistant does not keep its own copy beyond what's needed to deliver a message.
- All access to Google uses Google's OAuth protocol over encrypted connections.
Limited Use
Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking it stops all access immediately.
